It took me a couple of hours to construct, rig, skin and animate the shitty bird, and I'm sure to forget how I did it until it's time to create my next game. But it was still useful, as I got a basic understanding of how Maya wants things done. I realized I need two separate hierarchies for the animation skeleton and the collision geometries. For most things, a simple sphere or capsule will do just fine as collision geometry.
So now it's back to constructing levels again. Keep up the good work Jonas, and your game will be finished shortly!
